How does Curate by Slay work?

Upload a photo of your fabric and the app generates designed outfit ideas from it using AI. In Mode 2, you can also add a reference style image to guide the look. Each generated outfit is yours to keep in your gallery.

What are credits, and do they expire?

Credits are how you generate outfits — one credit per generation. You buy them in packs through Paystack, in Nigerian Naira. Credits do not expire as long as your account is active.

Are credits refundable?

Credits are non-refundable except where required by Nigerian consumer law. We do refund automatically if a generation fails due to a technical error on our side, and we review duplicate or erroneous charges — see our Terms for details.

A generation failed or looks wrong — what do I do?

If a generation fails because of an error on our side, the credit is refunded automatically. If something still looks off, email us at support@curatebyslay.com with your account email and we'll help.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account anytime in the app under Settings, then Delete Account. If you can't open the app, see our Delete Account page for how to request deletion by email.
